If anyone is looking for exceptional endodontic care, I cannot recommend Magnolia Endodontics highly enough. Getting a root canal can be a stressful prospect, but their entire team made the process surprisingly comfortable and seamless. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with incredibly warm, courteous service that immediately put me at ease. ​Dr. Munn and her entire staff were remarkably attentive and responsive to all of my questions, taking the time to ensure I fully understood the procedure and felt confident before moving forward. What truly stood out was their genuine compassion throughout the procedure— even checking with me at intervals to make sure I was doing well. From the time I first called to inquire about scheduling endodontic treatment to the end of my 2nd appointment I am thoroughly impressed and thankful for my interactions. I love the office aesthetics, very clean and appealing. Dr. Joyce Munn is the most kind and personable dentist I have ever received treatment from. Both of her assistants who were at my side on my first and second visits were very attentive and demonstrated such proficiency and knowledge of their job. I went in for a retreat for a root canal tooth that got infected. From the time I scheduled the appointment until the completion of my treatment I was treated like family. The whole office staff is top notch. The icing on the cake was doctor Joyce Munn. She was so incredibly gentle and patient! I am a big baby when it comes to dental work of any kind, and an appointment like this brought me a lot of anxiety. But she was able to calm all my worries and the appointment went by faster than I expected. Once the numbing wore off I didn’t even have any pain, and the soreness was so minimal that I didn’t even need to take any OTC aids. I can’t recommend Dr. Munn and her staff enough. I know the idea of a root canal seems so scary, but if I ever need another one I won’t even dread it knowing Dr. Munn will be taking care of me. She is hands down the best, and I can’t recommend her enough! If you’re having any second guesses about who to go to just call her office! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Second visit to Magnolia Endodontics / Dr. Munn. From the moment I entered office, I was warmly greeted by front staff (remembered me from previous visit). Efficient check in process/preparation for procedure. Dr. Munn is kind, compassionate and expertly skilled at what she does. She routinely asks if everything is ok / tolerating procedure while working. Her team works well together and support each other. Dr. Munn follows up the next day to ensure that everything is progressing well after the procedure - great patient care! The office is well equipped with the latest technology and with a welcoming decor. Highly recommend this practice!

Every staff member was sincerely interested in the appointment and the details to make it as smooth as possible. The Dr. and all were very courteous and listened to what I (the [patient) had to say. Office and patient areas were every neat and clean. All in all, a stress free environment. Of all the various dental profession appointments I have had, I actually enjoyed this one!! Well, except for.... at their request, I submitted all insurance info well in advance. Also gave them them contact info, which they used, for the referring dentist, in order to get details. Now I find out I owe every penny as insurance denied. Sounds awfully suspicious to me!! Main question, why I am I just now, a little over a week later AFTER appointment, that insurance totally refused. Did they not submit in advance? If not why did they bother to insist in insurance info in advance!?!? Would not reccommend this folks to any one!!
